Our company are specialized in hydraulic fittings according to ISO, DIN, GB standard, such as adapter, nipple, straight, elbow, tee, cross, connectors, couplings, forgings, steel wire knitting, stainless steel knitting assembly and coupling assembly and so on.

Huacheng hydraulic have its own Professional Engineers ,can offer customers all techinical data and detail drawings .Factories brings up a professional technical team. Different processes are used during manufacturing, such as straight fittings by cold pulling, electricity heating forging, nuts and bite-type fittings by cold extruding and machining.

2, Communicate with customers about product demand, selection of raw materials and other relevant concerns;
3, Customized Drawing confirmed
4, Make a quotation for the product(s)
Start Customized Products Program
1. Technical Review
2. Customized Program Confirmed
3. Proceed to run sampels production and adjust parameters for samples;
4. Send samples to customer for verification before production release;
5. Prepare Production Flow Chart, Work Instructions, Inspection Instructions and other quality control documents, ensuring production standardization and making everything under control;
6. Start mass production.
